Fundraising operating system for founders

Know how fundable you are before investors do.

ShunyaSE scores your pitch deck against what a partner actually checks, builds the financial model and valuation behind your ask, and puts the investors who fund companies like yours in front of you.

Most first rounds are lost to months of guessing, not to a bad company.

You have no idea if the deck is ready.

You have rewritten slide three four times. Nobody has told you what is actually wrong with it, and the friends who looked said it was great.

You have no idea who to send it to.

A spreadsheet of 40 funds someone shared in a WhatsApp group. Half are the wrong stage, a third are dead, and you cannot tell which is which.

You have no idea what the numbers should look like.

You know what you want to raise. You do not know what runway that buys, what it implies about your valuation, or how much of the company it costs.

None of that is a hard problem. It is an unmeasured one.

ShunyaSE measures it, then tells you the single thing that moves it most.

How the score works

One score for how fundable you look right now, and what moves it.

Eight components, each carrying a fixed share of the hundred. Your deck is worth 20. Your team is worth 10. Nothing is a black box, and every component tells you what it is worth before you start.

Here is the part most tools will not do: if we cannot measure something, we exclude it. We do not score it zero.

A founder who has not run the branding audit yet is not a founder with bad branding. So the score tells you how much of itself it is measuring, and how wide the finished number could still swing.

Below is a typical day one: your profile and a first deck are in, so 55 of the 100 weight is measured and the range is still wide. Tick what you already have and watch it close.

Sample figures. The range is arithmetic, not a forecast: the low end assumes everything unmeasured comes back at 0, the high end assumes 100. Your own score recomputes whenever your profile, deck, model or audit changes.

Nine modules, one account

Upload the PDF you are already sending investors. Every slide is parsed and scored, the risk flags a partner will press on are named, and you get the specific edits that move the number.

The five-step blueprint

How founders close capital on ShunyaSE

A structured, repeatable order of operations from a raw PDF to a signed term sheet.

  1. STEP 01

Score the deck you already have

Upload the PDF. Get a 0 to 100 readiness score, the slides that are costing you, and the risk flags a partner will press on.

A ranked fix list, worth stated per item

  2. STEP 02

Build the numbers behind the ask

A full month-by-month financial model, a defensible valuation range, and a cap table showing what the round costs you.

    Seventeen linked statements, three scenarios

  3. STEP 03

Find the investors who fund you

Narrow 121,000+ funds, angels and syndicates by stage, sector, geography and cheque size, then filter to the ones you can reach today.

A shortlist you can actually contact

  4. STEP 04

    Reach out with something specific

Drafts written against each fund’s own thesis and portfolio, with a matching LinkedIn note. Nothing sends until you send it.

    Email and LinkedIn, per investor

  5. STEP 05

Track the pipeline, share the room

Move deals across six stages, then share your deck on a link you can switch off to see who read it and for how long.

Per-page dwell time on every share

Handling your documents

You are about to upload the most sensitive file your company owns.

So here is exactly what happens to it, in specifics, not badges.

Your data stays in India

Every uploaded deck, model and document is stored in Oracle Cloud Object Storage in the Mumbai region. It does not leave the country to sit at rest somewhere else.

Encrypted at rest, AES-256

Files are encrypted at rest by the storage layer using AES-256 with provider-managed keys. Nothing is written to disk in the clear.

Files served on 15-minute signed links

No document sits on a guessable public path. Each request mints a signed URL that expires in fifteen minutes, so a copied link goes dead on its own.

Viewer analytics without storing IPs

Unique viewers on your share links are counted from a one-way fingerprint of the connection. We can tell you it was the same person twice, but we cannot tell you or anyone who they are.

We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Your deck is never shared with other founders, never sold, and never used to train a public model. We do not take equity, commission or a success fee on your raise.

How the score is built, what the model produces, what happens to the files you upload, and what it costs. All of it, in one place.

Eight weighted components add up to 100: pitch deck 20, documents 15, traction 15, then branding, consistency, runway and burn, financial and team at 10 each. Anything we cannot measure yet is excluded from the score rather than counted as zero, so the score also tells you how much of itself it is measuring, and the range your finished number can land in. It recomputes whenever your profile, deck, model or audit changes.
